The Playful Life creates a nurturing, personalised space where children are empowered through therapeutic play while families receive dedicated support and guidance, fostering genuine connections and celebrating each child's unique journey through relationship-based care. As a play therapist I work with private and NDIS clients who are self or plan managed.
My Approach
At The Playful Life, I take a deeply personalised and relationship-based approach to supporting children and families. Through my intentionally small practice, I create genuine connections with each family, ensuring every child feels truly seen and valued. Drawing on my extensive background in education and play-based learning, I provide a safe, therapeutic space where children can freely express themselves through play – their natural language of communication. As both a play therapist and a mother, I understand the complexities of family life and offer compassionate, judgment-free support that meets families exactly where they are in their journey.
Why Play Therapy?
